Our Mission: Help families by providing pediatric heart transplant support
Established to help widen the availibility of pediatric heart transplant support, Heart of Hope- The Caralynn Titter Foundation provides experienced resources and assistance during a families’ heart transplant journey. During their own pediatric heart transplant experience with infant daughter Caralynn, Josh and Mandy Titter were overwhelmed with loving, continuous support. Residing only 25 miles from the transplant center in A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children, Josh and Mandy were able to rely on help from nearby friends, family, church members, and others to assist with everything and anything. Now Josh, Mandy, and the entire Heart of Hope family strive to help carry the load so that parents may focus on what really matters: their amazing children.
Some of the pediatric heart transplant support provided by Heart of Hope may include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Assist family with registering with COTA (Children’s Organ Transplant Association)
